Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms', 'Terms of Service') carefully before using the website (the 'Service') operated by The Joie Baker ('us', 'we', or 'our').

The Joie Baker may amend the terms in the Agreement at any time. It’s your responsibility to review the terms of service regularly. Continuance usage of the service constitutes to be bound by such terms.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies, FAQs, and guidelines that may take place from time to time. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

General:

Pictures displayed are for illustration purposes only.
All of our products are required to be Pre-Ordered at least two (2) days in advance.
All cakes are to be consumed within three (3) day as no preservative is added.
All cookies are to be consumed within one (1) month as no preservative is added.
All cakes are required to be chilled as stated, whereas if it doesn’t require as such it is to be kept at a dry room temperature without the exposure of light.
In the most unlikely case, if the ordered items aren’t available, we would replace them with the next best item or a refund for the unavailable product ordered in the form of store credit.
A photograph of the items with the recipient may be taken at the point of receiving those delivered items as such to affirm confirmation of the product received.
During delivery if the recipient would be unavailable or a last-minute change with the address, an extra additional charge of RM30 would be incurred to attempt re-delivery.
No changes to the orders are possible if they are informed less than 24 hours before the delivery date.
Orders are only confirmed after payment is made.
Unless an express written consent is granted by Us, you agree not to Reproduce, Remake, Duplicate or Resell our products, services and contacts on the website.

Accounts:

By successfully creating an account with us, you are deemed to have read, understood accepted, and agree to be bound by the terms.
By signing up, you agree as an account holder to keep yourself updated with the terms of use.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If a revision is a material we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
The Joie Baker has the discretion to determine any sole material changes.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
