  • Once orders are received, it's not possible to be Refunded, Change, Exchange, or Cancel for the orders/product/dessert.

  • Once Payment is Processed and Completed Online, it's not possible to be Refunded, Change, Exchanged, or Cancel. 

  • Understandable, if there would be a rise of Unforeseen Circumstances which are beyond our control. In which a refund can be granted, it would be in a form of The Joie Baker store Credit and would be evaluated on a Case-by-Case basis. 

  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all of our desserts are not returnable.

  • A refund would be granted for the product that is damaged, incorrect or incomplete only.

  • In the event there is incorrect and/or damaged items, we will replace the item for you at our own expense. ( Provided it was notified to us as soon as possible which mean immediately upon receiving the order )

  • Details and proof might be requested upon inquiry. 

  • A refund for damaged products will not be granted if the item has not been consumed within the recommended period stated.

  • In the event of an incomplete order, a refund would be granted in the form of The Joie Baker store credit.

  • No refund if there is a change of mind situation.

  • Extra charges for delivery of items may apply if delivery of items is not completed due to receiver details or if the receiver is not contactable.
